157.09 GREASE INTERCEPTORS.

Notwithstanding the provisions of section 1003.3 of the International Plumbing Code, all Food Service Establishments as defined per Chapter 100 of the City of Altoona, Code of Ordinances, 2004, shall meet the requirements of such ordinance in regards to grease interceptors.
