Beginning at the intersection of the south right-of-way line of Interstate Hwy. No. 80 and the east right-of-way line of relocated U.S. Hwy. No. 65; thence southwesterly along said Interstate 80 right-of-way to a point on the west line of the Southwest Quarter (SW¼) of Section 10-79-23; thence south along said west line 350 feet to the southwest corner thereof; thence south along the west line of the Northwest Quarter (NW¼) of Section 15-79-23 to the southwest corner of the Northwest Quarter (NW¼) of said Northwest Quarter (NW¼); thence east along the south line of the Northwest Quarter (NW¼) of the Northwest Quarter (NW¼) to the northeast corner of the Southwest Quarter (SW¼) of the Northwest Quarter (NW¼); thence south along the west line of the Southeast Quarter (SE¼) of the Northwest Quarter (NW¼) to the northwest corner of the Northeast Quarter (NE¼) of the Southwest Quarter (SW¼) of said Section 15-79-23; thence continuing south to the southwest corner of the Northwest Quarter (NW¼) of the Southeast Quarter (SE¼) of the Southwest Quarter (SW¼) of said Section 15-79- 23; thence east along the south line of said Northeast Quarter (NE¼) of the Southeast Quarter (SE¼) of the Southwest Quarter (SW¼) to a point on the northwesterly right-of-way line of U.S. Hwy.
