98.03 SURCHARGE FACTOR.

A surcharge factor shall be levied for the following customers whose wastewaters exceed normal domestic wastewater:

CUSTOMER TYPE	SURCHARGE FACTOR
Laundry, including industrial laundries, commercial laundries and laundromatic	1.2
Car washes	1.3
Restaurants, including quick serve and sit-down types	1.6
Bakeries	1.4
