Whoever is convicted of violating the provisions contained in these Sanitary Sewer chapters, when the same has not been repealed by statute, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and the continued violation shall be deemed a nuisance which may be abated in the same manner as another nuisance deferred by the City ordinance and the costs recovered.
