Any person who continues any violation beyond the time limit provided for in Section 95.13 is guilty of a misdemeanor, and each day in which any such violation shall continue shall be deemed a separate offense, on conviction thereof shall be fined an amount equal to $1,000 or the amount levied on the City by the EPA, IDNR or other regulatory agencies for each violation.
