10-1-3: ENFORCEMENT:
The fire prevention code shall be enforced by the fire department under the supervision of the chief of the fire department. The chief of the fire department may detail such members of the fire department as inspectors as shall from time to time be necessary. (Ord. 6131, 2-26-1997)
