9-2-6: TRANSFER OF OWNERSHIP:
The transfer of ownership of a dwelling or dwelling unit shall not in and of itself require an occupancy permit to be secured. The occupancy permit is required to be secured only upon the change of an occupant or the addition of an occupant occupying a dwelling or dwelling unit. (Ord. 7564, 4-26-2017)
