It shall be unlawful for any person to commit any of the following acts within the city:
A. Knowingly damage any property of another without his consent; or
B. Recklessly by means of fire or explosives damage property of another; or
C. Knowingly start a fire on the land of another without his consent; or
D. Knowingly injures a domestic animal of another without his consent; or
E. Knowingly deposit on the land or in the building of another, without his consent, any stink bomb or any offensive smelling compound and thereby intending to interfere with the use by another of the land or building; or
F. Knowingly and without authority enter any part of or operate any vehicle, aircraft, watercraft or snowmobile of another. (Ord. 4881, 10-10-1984)
