7-2-3: BARBED WIRE OR INVERTED CHAINLINK FENCES:
   A.   It shall be unlawful for any person to build, install, construct, use or maintain any fence or barrier consisting or made of what is called barbed wire, or of which barbed wire is a part, or to erect, install, build, use or maintain or cause to be built, erected or installed for use or maintenance, any chainlink fence in an inverted manner so as to cause the barbed portion of the fence to be placed at the top, within the city, in any residentially zoned district, except as provided herein.
   B.   Barbed wire or inverted chainlink fence is only permitted in areas with a "C" or "M" zoning classification, when such barbed wire or inverted fence is in excess of five feet (5') in height. Barbed wire or inverted chainlink fence is also permitted for land uses defined by the zoning title as a "cemetery/mausoleum" when such barbed wire or inverted fence is in excess of eight feet (8') in height.
