7-2-1: AIDING RUNAWAY CHILDREN:
Every person not standing in the relation of parent, stepparent, brother or sister of a runaway child, who, with intent to prevent the proper apprehension and return of such runaway child, conceals, harbors or aids said runaway child, shall be guilty of concealing, harboring or aiding a runaway child in violation of this section. A runaway child shall be defined as a person not yet eighteen (18) years of age who voluntarily absents himself from his legal guardian knowing said absence to be without the permission of said guardian.
