Any person in control of any dog, or the owner of any dog which is allowed to run at large, shall be required to remove any excrement deposited by the dog upon any public walk, park, or other public property, or upon any private property not owned or controlled by the person in control of or owner of the dog. The excrement is to be removed by the responsible person immediately following its deposit by the dog. (Ord. 6832, 9-8-2004)
