6-2-6: PROHIBITED CONDITIONS:
   A.   Nuisance Conditions: Every sidewalk in the City which is so much worn or out of repair as to endanger the safety of persons passing over the same, is hereby declared to be a nuisance; and any person who shall hereafter suffer or permit such nuisance to exist in front of or adjoining premises owned or occupied by such person shall be subject to a penalty as in this Code provided. (1917 Code § 1228)
   B.   Injury To Sidewalk: If any person shall break or otherwise injure any sidewalk, he shall be fined as in this Code provided. (1917 Code § 1239)
   C.   Horse Or Wagon On Walk: No person shall ride, drive, push or draw any horse, mule, hog, cow or other like animal or any wagon, sled or sleigh on any sidewalk within the City, unless it be in crossing the same to go into a yard or lot where no other suitable crossing or means of access is provided. (1917 Code § 1233)
