5-2-7: COMMERCIAL HAULERS, HOURS RESTRICTED:

Commercial haulers shall be prohibited from the collection and transportation of waste, commonly referred to as garbage, in residential areas or in commercial areas within three hundred feet (300') of a residential area between the hours of twelve o'clock (12:00) midnight and five o'clock (5:00) A.M. (Ord. 6714, 2-26-2003)
