5-1-6: REPEAT INCIDENTS OF NUISANCE:
For the same property under the same ownership, any repeat occurrence of any "nuisance", as defined in this Code 1 , when cited previously within the past six (6) months, shall not require a notice or correction period, but may be referred directly to the courts. (Ord. 6317, 8-26-1998)
