The city treasurer shall issue a license for each licensed establishment that obtains a license to locate, maintain, and/or operate a video gaming terminal on its premises. The license shall show on its face the maximum video gaming terminals permitted on the premises. The license must be displayed by the licensee in a conspicuous place upon the premises at all times.
