4-1-13: CONFLICT:

All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict with any of the terms or provisions of this chapter are hereby repealed. All ordinances or parts of ordinances which more specifically regulate "commercial activities" as described or defined in this chapter shall remain in full force and effect. (Ord. 4364, 10-25-1978, eff. 1-1-1979)
