1-5-7: SMOKING IN CHAMBERS PROHIBITED:
Smoking shall be prohibited at all times in the City Council chambers of the City Hall.
Any person in violation of this Section may be ordered summarily removed from said Council chambers of said City Hall by the Mayor or by the presiding chairman of any meeting authorized to be held in said chambers by the City Council, the Mayor or the City Clerk. Any violation of this Section may be punished as provided in Section 1-4-1 of this Title. (Ord. 4323, 6-28-1978; amd. 1999 Code)
