3-2-4: OUTSIDE EMPLOYMENT:
The duties of the Corporation Counselor and City Attorney shall not preclude either office from engaging in the general practice of law in any matters not hostile to the interest of the City. (1961 Code, § 2-46; amd. 1999 Code)
