The Haskell House Children's Museum of Alton Commission shall have the authority to supervise the management of the Haskell House Children's Museum and to coordinate the efforts of the various departments of the City of Alton to promote the utilization of the Haskell House Children's Museum in a manner consistent with the original mission of establishing and maintaining the Haskell House Children's Museum. The Haskell House Children's Museum Commission shall require approval by the City Council before entering into any contracts of any type and to authorize expending any fund of the City of Alton.
