1-5-1: ORGANIZATION:
The city council shall be composed of the mayor and one alderman from each ward. The aldermen shall be elected to the city council for a four (4) year term and be the legislative division of the government and shall perform such duties and have such powers as shall be authorized by statute. (1973 Code; amd. Ord. 5768, 5-12-1993)
