2-2-2: TERM OF MEMBERS; COMPENSATION:

All members of the plan commission shall serve for a term of three (3) years, or until their successors have been duly appointed and qualified, which terms shall be staggered. All members of the commission shall serve without compensation. (1961 Code, § 2-53)
