2-2-1: ESTABLISHMENT:
There is hereby established a plan commission for the city which shall consist of ten (10) members, who shall be citizens of the city or reside within one and one-half (11/2) miles of the city, representative, so far as possible, of different professions and occupations, to be appointed by the mayor subject to the approval of the city council. (Ord. 5412, 12-20-1989)
