A. It shall be the duty of the city of Alton's department of public affairs, department of public works and law department to enforce the regulations contained in this title.
B. Any person who fails to comply with, or violates, any of these regulations shall be subject to a fine as provided in section 1-4-1 of this code. Each day any violation of this title continues shall constitute a separate offense. (Ord. 6104, 12-18-1996)
