12-1-4: SEVERABILITY:

If any section, provision or portion of this Title is adjudged unconstitutional or invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction the remainder of this Title shall not be affected thereby and will remain in full force and effect. (Ord. 6104, 12-18-1996)
