12-1-13-6: FAILURE TO OBEY A SUBPOENA:
It is unlawful for any person to refuse or fail to obey a subpoena issued for a civil code enforcement hearing. Failure to obey a subpoena constitutes contempt and is a class B misdemeanor. (Ord. 2024-O-4, 2-14-2024)
