It shall be unlawful for any person to willfully make a false statement or refuse to give the person’s name or address with intent to deceive or interfere with a duly authorized Town of Alta official or agent, including but not limited to the Town Marshal or authorized enforcement officials, when in the performance of the official’s duties under the provisions of this Title.
