A. Whenever service is required to be given under this Title, service shall be made in accordance with Utah Code Ann. § 10-11-2 or successor statute(s), unless another form of service is required by law.
B. If service complies with the requirements of this Section, it shall be deemed a valid service even if a party claims not to have received the service and it shall not affect the validity of any proceedings taken under this Title.
C. The failure to serve all responsible person(s) shall not affect the validity of any proceedings. (Ord. 2024-O-4, 2-14-2024)
