No licensee, or anyone on the licensee's behalf, shall shout, make an outcry, blow a horn, ring a bell, or use any other sound device for the purpose of attracting attention to its business. Signage is allowed but must be limited to two (2) pieces. The size of each sign may not exceed a surface area of ten feet (10'). A signage plan must be included in the application before it can be approved. (Ord. 2007-O-1, 5-10-2007)
