3-5-2: LICENSE REQUIRED:
It is unlawful for a "transient" or "temporary merchant", as defined in section 3-5-1 of this chapter, to engage in or transact business within the town without first obtaining a license as herein provided. (Ord. 2007-O-1, 5-10-2007)
