3-4-3: APPLICATION FOR LICENSE:
Applications for licenses under this chapter shall follow the same procedure and be in the same form as applications for business licenses as required by this code. The obtaining of a license under this chapter shall be in lieu of and shall be a replacement for the requirement of a general business license as otherwise required by the town. (1980 Code § 9-712)
