11-1-1: STATUTORY AUTHORIZATION:
The legislature of the state of Utah has, in Utah Code Annotated section 10-9a-505(1)(c), delegated the responsibility of local governmental units to adopt regulations designed to minimize flood losses. (Ord. 2010-O-1, 3-11-2010; amd. 2010 Code)
