10-7-18: LOT AND BUILDINGS ON PRIVATE RIGHTS OF WAY (SPECIAL PROVISIONS):
Except where the requirements of this section are reduced by permit of the appeal authority, the minimum area for any lot fronting on a private right of way shall be one-half (1/2) acre and the minimum distance from the center of the right of way to the front line of the building shall be fifty feet (50').
