901.09 CONTRACTED CITY PROJECTS EXCEPTED.

The provisions of this chapter shall not apply to persons making openings or excavations within the corporate limits of the City for or under the provisions of a valid contract entered into between them and the City, and for the purpose of constructing sewers or other street improvements. (1963 Code §901.09)
