A massage establishment shall immediately report to the city’s business license division any of the following:
(A) Arrests of any employees, owners, or managers of the registry’s massage establishment for an offense other than a misdemeanor traffic offense;
(B) Resignations, terminations, or transfers of certified massage practitioners employed by the registrant’s massage establishment;
(C) The occurrence of any event involving the registry holder’s massage establishment or the massage practitioner’s employment there constitutes a violation of this chapter or state, county or federal law.
