(A) In addition to any other remedy available under the law, violations of this chapter are subject to the administrative citations and penalty provisions in Chapter 1.13 of this code.
(B) Violations not capable of being remedied under Chapter 1.13 including, but are not limited to, substantial evidence of prostitution activity on the massage establishment’s premises or an immediate threat to health, safety or welfare are subject to any other legal action available to the city.
