§ 5.80.020 RIDES AND BOOTHS PROHIBITED.
   For the purposes of this chapter, the term “carnival” shall be deemed to include, but shall not be limited to, the following:
   (A)   All mechanical rides which accommodate more than two persons at one time;
   (B)   Temporary booths or structures in which any type of contest or game of skill or chance or sideshow is conducted.
