(A) An adult business permit must be renewed on an annual basis, provided that the owner and the adult business continues to meet all applicable requirements set forth in this chapter.
(B) A request for permit renewal must be accompanied by an adult business permit application, completed in full detail with current information.
(1) The application and appropriate fee must be received by the city at least 45 calendar days prior to the expiration of the existing permit.
(2) The city will process a request for a permit renewal in the same manner as the original application.
