(A) The provisions of this chapter shall not apply to the keeping, possessing or exhibiting of any such game of skill and science at or in any mercantile store in which such games of skill and science are kept solely for sale and which games of skill and science members of the public are not permitted or allowed to operate, manipulate or play except as incident to a demonstration for the purpose of sale.
(B) The provisions of this chapter shall not apply to any coin-operated pool or billiard table located within any poolroom or billiard room licensed pursuant to Chapter 5.52 of this title.
