§ 2.22.040 MEETINGS.
   The Board shall hold regular meetings at regular intervals on dates set by the Board. There shall be at least one meeting of the Board in each calendar quarter. Additional special meetings of the Board may be held from time to time in the discretion of the Board. All meetings of the Board shall be open to the public.
