§ 23.48.040 LANDSCAPING REQUIREMENTS FOR RESIDENTIAL AND COMMERCIAL PROPERTIES.
   All residential and commercial landscaping abutting a public or private street which are not otherwise subject to § 23.48.030 are still required to comply with the following sections of this chapter: §§ 23.48.050, 23.48.070 and 23.48.080.
