The following uses shall be permitted in the CPD zone when conducted wholly within an enclosed building:
(A) Food sales, which includes the retail sale of food and beverages for home and/or on-premises consumption;
(B) Personal and product services;
(1) Includes the provision of barber and beauty care, self-service laundromats, laundry or dry cleaning, one-to-one instructional services and similar services, printing services, including multicopy and blueprinting, but excludes the printing of books and newspapers; and
(2) Includes the repair of personal apparel, household appliances, furniture and similar items, but excludes the repair of motor vehicles;
(C) Office uses. Professional, medical, administrative, financial, public service and general business offices;
(D) General retail services. Includes the retail sale or rental of goods primarily for personal or household use, but excludes the sale or rental of motor vehicles and the sale of materials used in the construction of buildings or structures, except for paint, fixtures and hardware.
