(A) Application fee. Except as expressly waived in § 11.36.090 of this chapter, all applications for an all-night parking permit shall be accompanied by a nonrefundable fee in an amount established by City Council resolution to partially defray the expense to the city of conducting the investigation required by this chapter.
(B) Annual permit fee. Effective as of September 1, 2003, the annual fee for an all-night parking permit shall be in an amount established by City Council resolution.
(C) Payment of fee at a kiosk or via internet website. Fees for temporary overnight parking permits may be paid at a kiosk designated by the city. Once the webpage for virtual permits is active, fees for temporary and annual permits can be paid via the webpage.
