Pursuant to Cal. Veh. Code § 22507, the owners and occupants of the businesses located on the south side of Main Street, west of Hampden Terrace between Hampden Terrace and Huntington Drive, in the city, shall not be subject to the parking restrictions of § 11.28.136 if they obtain and use parking permits in accordance with the following conditions and regulations:
(A) The owners and occupants of the businesses on the south side of Main Street, west of Hampden Terrace between Hampden Terrace and Huntington Drive, in the city, shall be entitled to ten parking permits, annually, issued on a first-come/first-serve basis.
(B) Each person shall obtain a parking permit for each vehicle from the city upon completion of an application setting forth the name and address of the applicant, and the make, model, year and license number of the vehicle for which a parking permit is sought, and presentation of any proof required by the city to verify the facts stated in the application.
(C) The permit shall be displayed in the lower right corner of the windshield.
(D) Any parking permit issued hereunder shall be revoked if any of the facts in the application therefor are false or if any of the regulations of this section are violated.
