§ 11.28.060 AUTHORITY TO PROHIBIT PARKING ON STREETS UNDER WIDTH OF 27 FEET.
   The Chief of Police is hereby authorized to pro-hibit the parking of vehicles, on one side of a street in any block where the width of the street in the block does not exceed 27 feet; provided, that appropriate signs are placed and maintained to give notice thereof; and provided further that this section shall not require the placing or maintaining of any signs with respect to the prohibition of stopping, standing or parking in any alley within the city.
