§ 11.28.052 FIRE LANES ON PRIVATE PROPERTY.
   (A)   The Fire Chief, or his authorized representative, is hereby authorized to prohibit the parking of vehicles on those portions of private streets, alleys and parking lots which he deems necessary in order to provide adequate fire protection to such private property.
   (B)   It shall be unlawful for any person to park any vehicle on the private property of another where the owner of the property has, under the supervision of the Fire Chief, or his authorized representative, marked certain areas with a red no parking curb and has posted such areas as no parking areas.
