§ 11.28.048 PARKING ON CITY PROPERTY.
   (A)   Whenever the City Manager shall determine that the orderly, efficient conduct of the city's business requires that parking or standing of vehicles on city property other than dedicated streets be prohibited, limited or restricted, the City Manager is, and shall be authorized to order signs to be erected or posted indicating that the standing or parking of vehicles is thus prohibited, limited or restricted, either as to location, duration of time or class of person, or otherwise. When signs authorized by the provisions of this section are in place, giving notice thereof, no person shall park or stand any vehicle contrary to the directions or provisions of such signs.
   (B)   As used herein, city property also shall mean and include “parks” as the same is defined in §§ 11.28.114 and 14.04.010 of this code.
