For the purpose of this chapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
GARBAGE. All animal or vegetable waste and material from kitchens, dining rooms, and similar places.
REFUSE. Rubbish, litter, glass, tin cans, earthenware, remnants of clothing, and all substances which may become nuisances or which are unsightly or unclean.
