(A) Twenty-five percent of any fines received by the City Court from violations of any of the provisions of Chapter 90 of this code shall be deposited into a non-reverting equipment and supply fund for use by the city animal control officer.
(B) Said non-reverting fund is hereby established to be used to purchase equipment and supplies for use by the animal control officer.
