§ 32.20 PARK NON-REVERTING FUND.
   (A)   A Park Non-Reverting Operating Fund is hereby established.
   (B)   The revenues within the Non-Reverting Fund shall be used to maintain and operate public activities and improvements within the city park system.
   (C)   The revenues within the Park Non-Reverting Operating Fund may be applied to the Park Fund.
