(A) Appointment of City Attorney.
(1) The City Attorney is appointed by the Mayor.
(2) The City Attorney need not be a resident of the city.

(B) Bond for City Attorney. The bond of the City Attorney shall be based on current state-approved amounts and/or as set by City Council from time to time.
